Refund policy
We appreciate your business at jamaenaturals.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed. Every sale is final. To ensure proper resolution, please report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date. Any issue reported outside of the time frame specified may result in store credit.
Shipping
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 3pm CST will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm CST will continue processing on the following business day.)
Cancellation
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. Please Note: Jamae Naturals is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels. Please contact UPS or the carrier to inquire about alternative delivery options for your package.
